    Our most popular partially-oxidized, ball-rolled tea made from our ecological (in conversion to organic) tea garden. Unique floral aroma with long-lasting bittersweet aftertaste.           
    ◎ Hand-picked: 1 bud with 2~4 leaves
    ◎ Tasting Notes: Complex floral aroma. Infusion is flowery-sweet and silky with subtle  honey note and long lasting bittersweet aftertaste.
    ◎ Oxidation: 15 – 30%
    ◎ Roasting degree: light – medium
    ◎ Cultivar: Qing Xin (Green Heart) Oolong
    ◎ Tea Garden Pesticide MRL Management: In accordance with the EU Regulation (EC834 / 2007)/ pesticide & synthetic fertilizer free (In Conversion to Organic issued by SRS GmbH)
    ◎ Brewing:
    With Ceramic or Porcelain Teapot/Gaiwan:
    * Dry tea leaves should fill 20 – 25% of vessel by volume
    * 90 – 100°C Water
    * 1st infusion: 40 – 50 seconds
    * 2nd & 3rd infusion: 30 – 40 seconds
    *  Increase steeping time 15 – 20 seconds for each subsequent infusion
    With Individual Cup:
    Put 3g dry tea leaves into 150ml cup. Fill with 90-100°C water. Wait 2~3 minutes for the tea to infuse before drinking. Refill cup with hot water after consuming about half of the liquid. Tea can be infused 2-3 times or to personal taste. This tea is ideally suited to drinking after a meal and/or pairing with light desserts.
