Limited & Specially-made High Mountain Tea – IOUYI Alishan High Mountain Ecological Oolong Tea IOUYI tea was the fresh tea leaves had been bite by bugs, and after special process and roasting, the flavor will be appeared different flavor and aroma depends on the extent of insect bites of leaves, season, degree of roasting and length of storage process, and sometime the honey taste will appear especially in cold brewing.

◎ Brewing:

With Ceramic, pottery or porcelain tea pot/ Gaiwan

 Volume of tea leaves, the dry tea leaves should fill approximately 1/4~1/5 of tea teapot by volume

 Boiling water(about 60℃~80℃)

 First brewing: 60 seconds

 Second and third brewing: 40~50 seconds

 After forth serving, increase the steeping time about 20~30 seconds more over the last steeping.

With Personal cup: put 3g dry tea leaves into 150ml cup, pouring boiling water (about 60℃~80℃) and wait about 3~5 minutes later and then drink it, refill warm water after drink about half of cup and can be repeat 2~3 times according to personal taste. This tea can drink before meal or pairing with light food or sweet desserts.
